 The standard library simply provides basic bricks to construct mail
 bodies. CPSCourrier's sending mail methods use them for simple cases that
 cover most needs (html with text alternative and attachments) and uses the
 MailHost object, working around a few problems.

 This should be exposed in CPSUtil, and eventually CPSSubscription should
 use it.
