 can you explain what doesn't work if the keywords arguments are not
 passed?

 if you write

 in cpsskins_cps3/cpsskins_lib.pt

 you will see that the list of arguments is empty all the time except in
 the theme editor mode, and in that case they are not needed because the
 actual content of slots is not drawn in this mode.

 what is the test case basically?
