 the scripts required by a portlet are not always appearing in
 '.../cpsskins_renderJS' in the cases when a portlet guard expression
 relies on the 'published' context variable.

 this is because the published object id in that case is
 'cpsskins_renderJS'

 solution => the guard must be disabled when collecting the list of
 resources.
