Comment:

 This has been partly fixed by changeset [51628] by adding a new "lazy"
 option to purgeDeletedMembersLocalRoles and manage_purgeLocalRoles methods
 of CPSCore.CPSMembershipTool and a new "-L" "--purge-localroles-force"
 option to CPSUtil/bin/cpshousekeeping.

 It remains to make CPSUserFolder and CPSDirectories manage the
 pending_members property of the MembershipTool.
