 Provide a mean to publish all the contents of a tree structure
 (arborescence in French) in one go.

 This feature would be very useful especially at the beginning of the life
 of a portal when one wants to publish all the content of the workspaces
 without to have to manually replicate the exact same tree structure in the
 sections.
