You are right. I have the same opinion about meritocracy. In my last 
email I was talking about some different.

In my opionion it is very important that we are showing the rest of the 
world that developers from Nuxeo, Infrae, Zope3 and Plone are working 
hand in hand on the future of ECM.

There is no conflict between "We are working together" and "Martjin from 
Infrae did a great job on Five". Credits where credits belong ;)
