I'm a little concerned about some of the branding efforts and names being used. I think we have 3 in play that are very much overlapping: 1) Z3 Base. In IRC, #z3base. 2) Z3 ECMS. The name of this project, where different CMS projects work together. 3) Z3 Lab. A URL (z3lab.org) and now, a channel #z3lab. IMO, (1) and (2) directly overlap. Also, the web page for Z3 ECMS shouldn't have a portlet describing Z3 Labs as a project. It is only a URL placeholder for Z3 ECMS. OTOH, we can abolish "Z3 ECMS" as a label, and say everything is about Z3 Lab. In particular, I'd like to know the disposition of the work Philipp and Martijn did for Z3 Base. A year ago, in advance of EuroPython, they setup and encouraged an area an area that is now being re- invented as Z3 Lab. All their work is now being forgotten, which seems a pity. Let's de-emphasize the branding Z3 Lab until we have a chance at EuroPython to sort this all out. Thus, let's stick to the existing IRC channel and remove the portlet. --Paul
