Well, my Boss could not be much of help here. Fortunately I do know SAP a little, since I am also involved in our SAP Administration. However I do have some Ideas on that matter. 

Thomas Wagner from the TU München has some sort of prototype which would connect Zope and SAP R/3 via the SAP Business Connector. We wanted to discuss that SAP Interface together with Alex Pilz from Syslab weeks ago, but we never got together on that subject. But maybe we can do that soon.

That would be an interesting topic to focus on for me. I am actually kinda gettin lost, reading all these mails and ideas...
