Hi!

I think it's important to not forget that it it the users, the
customers, etc. that need new features.

There is always a risk when designing something new from scratch such as
an ECM to implement technology for the sake of the technology. Even if
Stéfane's statement may sound unusual to your ears, the business-driven,
customer-driven approach guarantees that you don't lose touch with the
end-user.
